Description: The long-term sustainability of the national Copernicus programme for the Philippines will be supported by the provision of exchange of experts, researchers and graduate students from the Philippines to Europe and vice versa. This will facilitate transfer of knowledge and strengthen the uptake and evolution of Copernicus data and information. The TA will ensure a gender-balanced access to expertise exchange opportunities, PhD and MSc ERASMUS+ scholarships. The following results are envisaged through this TA : The awareness about benefits and limitations of Earth Observation-derived information is improved; Earth Observation/Geo-information skills and knowledge are strengthened; Specialised elements of Communication & Visibility (e.g. websites content, social media material, technical brochures, policy papers etc.) are developed; Technical content and information material linked to all outputs, workshops and trainings are developed and disseminated.
