Name of the Contract: Procurement of a Quadcopter with Equipment for Aerial Photogrammetry and Lidar Surveying for Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas

Contract number: MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-35/R2

1. Ukraine received the Loan No. 9238-UA from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in US dollars to finance the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract No. MOES-UIHERP-C2-MERGERS-35/R2 “Procurement of a Quadcopter with Equipment for Aerial Photogrammetry and Lidar Surveying for Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas”.

2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit proposals for the supply of an Aerial Photogrammetry and LiDAR Survey equipment, including the following:

  • Quadcopters;
  • Aerial Photogrammetry Camera;
  • LiDAR.

More detailed information is provided in the Technical Specification.

The expected duration of the supply of goods is 120 (one hundred) days from the date of signing the contract.

3. The World Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank.

4. The participant provides at least the following additional documents as part of the offer:

  • Manufacturer’s authorization for the offered equipment (if applicable);
  • Information on the local authorized service department/company.
