The Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of The Procurement Modernization to Improve Public Service Delivery (PMIPSD), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Software (Security).

The Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority now invites bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Software (Security).

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.

This is an online Tender, where only e-Tender will be accepted in the National e-GP Portal and no offline /hard copies will be accepted. In order to submit e-Tender, registration in the National e-GP system portal (https://www.eprocure.gov.bd) is required.
